Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping

All orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service. We offer economy shipping which takes approximately 3-5 business days (not including weekends OR holidays) for shipping out items. All orders are shipped out Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).  Once your item(s) ships, you will recieve an email notification(please add us to your favorites) so that you don't miss this mail correspondence!  

Note: USA delivery is between 3-5 business days AFTER the order ships.  If you place an international order, please be sure to allow from 15-20 business days to receive your item(s) AFTER you get your confirmation email about your order being shipped.  IF YOU HAVE NOT RECIEVED YOUR PACKAGE WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF IT BEING SHIPPED, PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE OR CUSTOMS AFTER THOSE 10 DAYS BECAUSE IT IS A POSSIBILITY THAT YOUR ITEM(S) COULD BE HELD AT CUSTOMS.

Once we receive your order, we may require additional information to verify the transaction. If additional information is required you will be contacted via email or phone; please provide a valid phone number/email address that we may contact you in case of any issues or delays regarding your order. In the case that additional information is required your order will be held until we receive your verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud. All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. 

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website will be passed to you upon departure of your package from our office. We will provide a USPS tracking number once your order is shipped. In case of loss, please contact USPS and provide your tracking number for all claims. No refunds will be issued. 

Tracking   

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number via the email you provided to us with your order(please verify that your email address is correct on ALL PLATFORMS). You can use the tracking number to locate your package.  if you do not receive a tracking number from us within 3 business days, please be sure to check your junk/spam folder before emailing us regarding your tracking number. If you have questions regarding your order AFTER recieving your tracking/confirmation number, please email us at info@brinsbeyond.com(please send only 1 email), and we will reply within 24-48 hours (please include your order number and your full name for faster service.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER, ALL OF YOUR CONCERNS RELATED TO SHIPMENT MUST BE HANDLED THROUGH THE POST OFFICE BECAUSE YOUR PACKAGE IS NOW IN THEIR CARE. TO CONTACT THE POST OFFICE PLEASE EMAIL THEM TO INCLUDE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER/NAME/ADDRESS AT WWW.USPS.COM, OR CALL THEM AT 1 800 275-8777

**If a shipment is showing as "delivered" with your tracking number, you must contact the post office for an update as this is a delivery issue, and therefore, we cannot correct anything that has to do with a delivery issue including (theft, damage and misdelivery).  As a reminder, you must contact your post office for these issues.  *Think about adding insurance if you have experienced issues in the past with the post office* (contact us if you would like to add insurance). 

 

If  you make your payment with an E-Check via paypal, your order will not be shipped out until the payment(s) have cleared. 

Delayed Shipping

Please be aware that once we have shipped your package there may be shipping delays due to holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. These cases are rare but relevant.
