Refunds/Exchanges

NO REFUNDSPLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY AND IN IT'S ENTIRETY.
*No cancellations on already placed orders.
*No Swapping/Switching out any items that you've already placed an order for. This includes items/orders that have not been shipped.
*ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES.
*It is very important that you read/review the description(s) very carefully from start to finish for each item that you are planning to purchase ALL SALES ARE FINAL
*It is important that you review your email and your address for accuracy BEFORE and DURING the checkout process to ensure that you recieve your order at the correct address, and get updates at the right email address (very important that you do this because we may not catch the error before processing/shipping your order.  Please note that if you enter the incorrect information, and it is not caught in time, you will be responsible for paying another shipping fee in order to have the error corrected (Please review your address for accuracy before placing your order)
*What is on the website is what's available. Unfortunately, we WILL NOT be able to respond to any emails regarding restocks or what's available on the website.  If it's not on the website, it's a possibility that it can not or may not be restocked once it is sold out (join our email list to stay in the know about restocked items).  To ensure that you do not miss out on our beautiful selections, it is important that you join our email list so that you are notified if/when restocks, sales, new inventory is on the forefront!
*When discounts are made available, it is important that you enter the discount code AT CHECKOUT (during the time of purchase) as discounts cannot be applied after your order has been placed.  DISCOUNTS CANNOT BE COMBINED on any items/orders.  We do understand that there can and may be computer glitches, therefore, if you experience any issues with the discount code at checkout, it is imperative that you contact us via email at info@brinsbeyond.com immediately BEFORE YOU CHECKOUT.  
*If you would like the added protection of having insurance on your order, please email us immediately at info@brinsbeyond.com BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER! 

 

Exchanges:

*Items that are regularly priced may be exchanged for a store credit to use towards a future purchase. Please note that ALL exchanges must be approved/authorized via email with 1-3 calendar days from the actual date of delivery of your purchase.  Once your exchange has been authorized, you will have to submit tracking information for the returned item(s) within 48 hours (no exception).  Returns for exchanges will be accepted with our authorization ONLY.  Items that are sent without PRIOR authorization will not be accepted. It is important  that ALL exchanges are initiated through us before sending anything back. This ensures that the proper paper trail is in place just in case the item(s) are lost in the mail. **Please notify us via email at info@brinsbeyond.com before initiating exchanges**

Upon receiving the INITIATED exchanged item, we will send you a discount code to use during your next purchase (YOU MUST USE THIS CODE AT CHECKOUT IN ORDER TO GET THE CREDIT). THIS PARTICULAR CODE CAN ONLY BE USED ONCE. AFTER THE FIRST USE OF THE CODE, IT WILL BE NULL/VOID. FOR EXCHANGES, YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A CASH REFUND ON ANY ORDERS.SHIPPING CHARGES WILL APPLY ON NEW ORDER(S) 

In the event that you'd like to exchange or notice any issues with your purchase,  please be sure to contact us within 3 calendar days of receipt of your item(s).  WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON ITEM(S) THAT HAVE BEEN WORN OR DAMAGED.  IF YOUR REQUEST FOR AN EXCHANGE IS MADE AFTER THE REQUIRED PERIOD OF 3 CALENDAR DAYS OF DELIVERY, YOUR REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED! THERE IS ONLY A 3 CALENDAR DAYS WINDOW TO MAKE YOUR REQUEST KNOWN. Please make sure that you notify us before you initiate exchanges.  You must make sure that you do not tear off the tag, alter or damage the item(s) before returning them for an exchange.  Items that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted. Labels must be in tact.
