WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
I understand that it can be totally difficult sometimes because you cannot try anything on before making your purchase. Have no fear, Brins Beyond has created the perfect size guide to assist you in deciding on right size that is best for you!
AM I ABLE TO PLACE MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE OR IS IT STRICTLY ONLINE?
NO, All orders must be placed online at Brinsbeyond.org. Unfortunately, Over-the-phone orders are not accepted at this time.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Please log into your account and view your order history. You can also click on “check order status” online if you placed your order over the phone or if you do not have an account. Please have your order number and your billing zip code ready to check your order status.
WILL SALES TAX BE APPLIED TO MY ORDER(S)?
Sales Tax will be added to your order automatically depending upon your shipping location. Note: If sales tax is not added to your order amount at checkout there will not be a charge of sales tax.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you notice an error in your order and you need to change it or cancel it, please contact us immediately!! We will not be able to cancel or change your order if you wait more than 2-4 hours before contacting us.
WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER?
Yes, once your order is received, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided upon placing your order. If you have not received your confirmation email within 2 hours – Please check your spam folder! To ensure that it does not go to your spam folder, be sure to add us to your address book.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN PERSON?
No – Pick-ups are not permitted. All orders will be shipped to the address provided during order submission.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS RETURNS?
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your return within 3-5 business days. Please note that NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. You will receive a store credit for equal value of your return.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED ON SALE?
All sales items are final and cannot be returned. (View our return policy)
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All items will ship within 3-5 business days. (See shipping policy for more information)
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER WILL NOT SUBMIT?
We want to ensure that you receive your precious items in a timely manner. Please be sure to check the billing address, mailing address, credit card information, and be sure to use the latest version of your web browser. Please only press 'PLACE MY ORDER' once to prevent multiple transactions on your credit. CAN I USE A PROMO CODE AND/OR DISCOUNTS WITH GIFT CARD PURCHASES?
Discounts and promo codes cannot be used for the purchase of a gift card.
CAN I USE PROMO CODES WITH THE PURCHASE OF ALREADY DISCOUNTED ITEMS OR SALE ITEMS?
Promo codes and offers cannot be combined with merchandise that is on sale.
WHAT IF THERE IS AN ITEM THAT I LOVE BUT MY SIZE IS NO LONGER IN STOCK?
We may be able to restock your favorite item. Please sign up to be notified when/if an item is restocked (click on the out of stock item), select your size, enter your email in the field, and click 'Notify Me.'
DOES YOUR BOUTIQUE HAVE GIFT CARDS?
Not at the moment.
